Searcys are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our Parade garden Cafe. 

Join our team at the beautiful Parade Garden in Bath, United Kingdom, as a Cafe Supervisor We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors while ensuring smooth operations in our charming garden cafe.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary:  £12.71 hourly 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously.

  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty 

  • Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock and minimize waste.

  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance

 

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
