Supervisor
Searcys have an incredible new venue opening in one of London's most iconic historical spaces this year and are looking for a Supervisor to join the team.
We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our Private Members Club at the National Gallery. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.
The role will be based in the newly refurbished Sainsburys wing at The National Gallery, and Searcys are proud to be working in collaboration with the World Famous, Michelin starred Chef Georgio Locatelli on this project.

Salary: £38,844 including Tronc.
Working 5 days over 7
Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth service across the Private Members club
Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
Ensure the club maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings
Oversee events and private functions as required
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or a private members club
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
