This World Earth Day, we’re hosting a special dinner in partnership with Drappier Champagne, the world’s first and only carbon neutral Champagne house.

The evening will take place in the Tasting Room at St Pancras by Searcys and will begin with a Champagne reception on arrival, followed by a decadent four-course zero-waste menu, created by Searcys Executive Chef, Colin Layfield, with each course accompanied by a perfectly paired glass of Drappier Champagne.

The menu features seasonal produce that would normally go to waste—including surplus ingredients, all in keeping with Searcys sustainability pledges to reduce waste and take care of this beautiful planet of ours. Now that’s something worth raising a glass to!
