Restaurant Supervisor (Monday to Friday)
Searcys are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at the Inner Temple.
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will ensure the effective management and efficient service of the catering operation within the restaurant from Monday to Friday.

Salary: £31,800.00 per annum (plus overtime)
Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilites:
- To confidently lead and manage the team with a hands-on approach in the absence of the Bar and Restaurant Manager
- To consistently monitor the practice of all SOPs and requirements across the Bar and Restaurant, including opening and closing schedules
- Daily reporting and monitoring of revenue forecast versus actual sales
- To liaise with Cellar Manager to ensure drinks stocks are always maintained and rotated
- To assist with the coordination of internal and external stock audits
- Ensuring all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to
- Assisting with the induction of new team members
- To attend new menu tastings offering constructive input
- Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role, working in a members' facility (desirable)
- Personal Licence (desirable)
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Experience using at least one EPOS system for ordering and reconciliation
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes initiative and demonstrates high level of organisation
- Supportive team player
