Searcys are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, who will support the Executive Chef with the delivery of the catering contract at an iconic venue in West London. The main focus of the contract is within the events, which consist of in the majority, large corporate conferences and functions of 200+ pax per event. In addition to our events, we also have a café and restaurant offer for customers and members which is a grab and go offer, deli bar and restaurant which offers seasonal bites and dishes.

As a Sous Chef, you will have had experience of working alongside a team from a similar environment of either events/restaurants/B&I contracts. You will understand the importance of being organised, and have experience of taking the lead on organising, planning and preparing for large events, in addition to our retail/restaurant offer.
This role would be perfect for a confident chef who understands the importance of never compromising on standards and is passionate about only using fresh ingredients. You’ll also be passionate about creating new dishes to ensure that our guests are always spoilt for choice.
