Searcys are recruiting for a Sous Chef to work within one of our retail cafés. Every day across our retail cafes’ we craft a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, homemade fare, including freshly made salads, sandwiches and soups, homemade pies, and baked goods.

As a Sous Chef, you will have had experience of working alongside a team from a similar environment of either retail café food production or contract catering. You will understand the importance of being organised, and have experience of taking the lead on organising, planning and preparing for the busy trade times. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to support with events as and when they take place for your own development.
