Our menus are crafted from only the best locally sourced ingredients, and cater for every kind of event and occasion. Each of our innovative, contemporary dishes are created with precision, flair and a distinctly British execution.
We are now recruiting for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join the team, on a full-time permanent basis at the Gherkin to support the events and restaurant chef brigade.

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef who is trained and skilled in making small bowl desserts, dessert canapés, bread and other baked goods. Fine dining experience is essential for this role.
We only use fresh, local, sustainable and seasonal produce in our kitchen. If you have a creative flair, and enjoy perfecting not only the prep, baking but also the decorative touches to your work; then we want to hear from you.
