Job Description

St Pancras by Searcys has made the shortlist for the 2019 London Lifestyle Wards in the category of ‘Restaurant of the Year’. Our brasserie offers a fresh and contemporary British menu. Our much-loved Champagne bar is famously the longestin Europe and has swiftly become a must-visit destination in London, where guests can enjoy the grandeur and panoramic views of the magnificent stations.

We are looking to recruit a Pastry Chef to join the team, reporting directly to our Executive Chef.

The Brasserie typically does 100 lunch covers and 150 dinner covers, in addition to catering for private hire. We also have available at our Champagne Bar, the travel-inspired Afternoon Tea menu which offers guests a play on delicacies from a handful of European cities such as the classic French Opera gâteau, Belgian white chocolate mouse, passionfruit Swiss meringue pie and more.
