Based at St Pancras International, you will find Searcys Champagne bar & Brasserie on the upper concourse level. We are proud of our all-day menu, which bring traditional, fresh, seasonal British flavours to the heart of our restaurant, that pairs classically with our beautiful Champagne bar.
Each dish is created to surprise and tantalise our guests, where our earthy flavours meet splashes of vibrant colours.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the kitchen, where we are actively recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the existing team reporting directly to the Executive Chef, Colin Layfield.

The Brasserie typically does 100 lunch covers and 150 dinner covers, in addition to catering for private hire. As a Sous Chef joining us, you will be a highly motivated and professional Chef, who has quality experience of working as a Sous Chef within a well-established restaurant/brasserie.
Quality, presentation and service is at the core of our team, and we never settle for anything but the very best in what we do. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with rotas, stocks, GPs, creating our wonderful food dishes to spec, food safety, training and development of our junior Chefs etc.
This role would be suitable for an established Junior Sous Chef, or Sous Chef from within a smaller operation, however quality is of the most importance.
