Searcys are proud to work in partnership with a Corporate Law Firm based in the City for their Catering & Hospitality on site.
It’s a great opportunity to join Searcys, as our client is currently relocating offices, and as a result of this we are looking to recruit a Head Chef to oversee a brand new staff restaurant which caters for up to 800 employees per day. This is a full time permanent role, reporting directly to the Executive Chef.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the organisation, planning and delivery of the staff restaurant. In addition to this, you will also support the Executive Chef with relevant paperwork; Audits, HACCAP, costings, spec sheets, menu writing and day to day management of a team of six.
The ideal candidate for this role, will have previous experience of managing a kitchen operation within a B&I site. You will naturally be somebody who remains calm under pressure, and is extremely organised.
