Searcys are honoured to manage private events and celebrations within the Roman Baths venue, the Pump Room and Assembly Rooms at arguably one of the most beautiful venues in the UK. In addition to this, we also operate the Roman Baths Kitchen restaurant.
The team in Bath are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests, regardless of the occasion. Across this stunning venue, we cater for drinks receptions, small or large dinners, concerts and weddings.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, we are looking to recruit an Events Co-ordinator who will support the venue and catering team by developing events and creating unique opportunities for Searcys to showcase both the venue and catering offer.
Success in this role will be achieved through being able to drive the upsell food and beverage by interacting with clients from initial meetings through to tastings and venue show arounds. In addition to this, the Event Coordinator will work closely with the Head Chef to understand the requirements of the client so that as a business we can fulfil and exceed customer expectations.
This is a key role for our business; therefore, previous experience of working within a large events venue is essential for this role. The successful role holder will also be a great communicator, highly organised and somebody who never compromises on standards.
