Job Description

Searcys are proud to work in partnership with a Corporate Law Firm based in the City for their Catering & Hospitality on site.

We are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie on a full time, permanent basis reporting directly to the Hospitality Chef.

This is an ideal role for somebody who is looking to take a step up from a Demi Chef De Partie to Chef De Partie, as full support and training will be provided. However, it is essential that you have a background of working within a fine dining operation, so that you have an understanding of quality required in the food and presentation.

Chef De Partie benefits:

We are looking to speak to Chef De Parties’ that have experience from a high fine dining/hospitality/B&I background that are able to support with event catering and the staff restaurant.

This is a busy role, therefore you will need to be organised and you will need to be somebody who can work well under pressure.
