Job Description

Daniel Grais, our Head Chef at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace  is currently looking for a Chef De Partie to join his team, on a full time permanent basis. The venue is grand in scale, yet intricate in detail, with an amazing history!

Located overlooking St James’s Park, Whitehall and the Mall, this events venue is a Georgian townhouse, with 11 meeting rooms. Our team cater for any type of event, from wedding receptions and corporate conference to banquets and summer parties.

Whilst not forgetting, yet worth mentioning, we also cater for film premiers, governmental events and royal dinners. You may have also seen our venue on shows such as Sherlock Holmes!

Daniel, our Head Chef is a classically trained Chef, where he started his career completing an apprenticeship within a two rosette hotel, and then developed his skills throughout gastro pubs, corporate and prestigious catering contracts across the City, before joining Searcys.

Daniel, is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie who can work side by side with him, which will give you the autonomy to learn from him. You will be somebody who will work hard, have a passion for food and the industry, and work within the parameters set to you.
