Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year, set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening team.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments.
Contract: Full Time
Salary: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
- Build, lead, and inspire a best-in-class team
- Deliver an outstanding, highly personalised member experience
- Drive service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and commercial strategy
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a cohesive offering
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-end venues
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Commercially astute with a hands-on approach
- Polished, professional, and guest-focused
- Strong understanding of the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele
