We are delighted to welcome the finalists of the Toque d’Or, the professional competition for aspiring chefs this weekend. The competition reaches its peak on Sunday 29 April for its final challenge; to cook and serve a fine dining lunch for over 100 guests in partnership with Searcys and Le Cordon Bleu, London. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Toque d’Or have partnered with Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs to create a menu which looks back at the evolution of British gastronomy. The menu focuses on premium seasonal produce using classic and modern techniques to offer an exceptional culinary journey through innovative combination of flavours and textures. 2018 sees Searcys launch a series of new company-wide sustainability pledges that put best people at the heart of our business.
