Searcys’ “Beet the Blues” winter juices, smoothies, wholesome healthy dishes will soften the blow of the holiday season.  Start this month afresh, with a baked beetroot salad, Barkham blue cheese and walnuts accompanied by a super fruit cocktail packed with antioxidants like the Honey and Grapefruit Fizz. Searcys detox juices will help rehydrate, with thirst-quenching concoctions made of fresh mint, spinach, lime, coconut water and pineapple. 

Beet the Blues dishes will be available at selected Searcys venues at Searcys at The Gherkin, Searcys St Pancras Restaurant & BarKenwood House, 30 Euston Square, St Paul’s Cathedral, National Army Museum and the Champagne Bar at Westfield Stratford.
