As a new addition to the team to aid the development of our brand. We are currently seeking a Creative Artworker /Design Manager to join Searcys hugely successful Sales and Marketing team. This role will be based at our Support Office in Farringdon, London.

The venue is busy not only within the restaurant but also within events. This is an area we will see grow as we grow our Private Dining offering and open more event space on level 38. Events will vary in size from a party of 10, to daytime conferences or a wedding for up to 260 guests and we need an experienced Senior Events Manager to join the team and ensure these are delivered for our event clients.
This role will have a primary focus on weekend events and weddings and therefore you will need to be flexible to work according to the event schedule.
We are looking for someone who can not only demonstrate strong event coordination experience within a venue but has also improved internal procedures to increase efficiency. Some line management experience would be advantageous as you will be managing a small team. You’ll be a great communicator and a team player as you work with not only the client but also the Executive Chef and internal teams to make the events a success.
Our 30 Euston Square venue offers clients all the facilities they need under one roof. This includes:
- 26 meeting rooms
- 3 exam suites
- A 300 seater auditorium
- Conference and event spaces
- Private dining and a roof terrace.
This is a busy venue, typically all the facilities will be in use on any given day and given each clients needs varies we need to ensure the space is set up to their specification and we need a new Furniture Porter to join the team to help us. Whether its setting up for weddings, private parties, corporate conferences or private dining events.
In this role, you’ll be setting up rooms to specifications, assisting with deliveries and ensuring rooms are safe and meeting the customer needs.
Ideally you will have furniture porter experience and understand requirements around manual handling and health and safety. Training will be given. You’ll be a good communicator and a great team player.
As the venue is open 7 days a week we need someone who can be flexible with their shifts. The requirement to work on a Sunday is around 2-3 times per year.
You’ll be part of a team and will have access to a fully equipped gym and the team are offered staff meals when on shift. Searcys staff also enjoy discounts across all of our venues.

This is a great time to join, selling new event spaces. You’ll have experience of converting sales from the initial query to site visit and conversion. You’ll have relevant experience within a venue able to demonstrate success in sales and you’ll be a great team player as you join a team of 10.

St Pancras by Searcys is a busy Brasserie within St Pancras Station offering diners great food and of course great coffee! Our diners may visit us for a morning meeting, a leisurely breakfast or a quick breakfast / brunch before catching their train. What they have in common is their love of coffee and their love of our ability to deliver this quickly to them!
We therefore need an experienced Barista to continue this great service – whether it’s requested by the customer directly or by one of the waiters, you’ll need to deliver the coffees at pace and to our great standards. Therefore we are looking for a barista with solid experience and knowledge of all things coffee.
From midday, you’ll be less busy with coffee and will then turn your attention to the bar and therefore some bar experience would be advantageous.

Searcys has celebrated its 170th birthday and to commemorate the success of almost two centuries in the industry, Searcys St Pancras Restaurant & Bar is being renovated after 10 years of success.
This is one of our flagship venues with the restaurant offering a flexible and versatile space able to host any type of event for up to 200 for a seated dinner and up to 250 for a standing reception.
And of course our glamorous Champagne Bar - renowned as Europe’s longest with the capacity to host small parties for up to 6 guests in one of the heated booths or a grandiose affair for up to 400 guests, the Champagne Bar is a truly unique and stunning venue.
The renovation will re energise the restaurant and the Champagne Bar to compete with the modern dining scene. The restaurant will use spaces differently with special additions such as a hot desk space and a brand new Champagne School.

If you have experience of working as a receptionist in a busy, fine dining restaurant and have strong administrative skills and experience of working with booking systems and of course know what it means to be a great host and to make the customer feel welcome.
