A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a sous chef position in Baths iconic Pump room restaurant

We are looking for the perfect candidate to start mid to late January - a Chef de Partie ready for the next move

The Bath Pump Room restaurant serves breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and dinner. It is also available for private hired events and functions.
You will assist the Head chef, with menu planning, quality control, maintaining food safety and health and safety standards, and step into the breach running service in one of Bath’s busiest restaurants

1. What we need from you

  • 2-3 years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie in a high volume operation
  • Honest, passionate, energetic and self-motivated
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to lead and develop the team and promote can do attitude
  • You will ensure all food preparations are kept and maintained at a high standard
  • You will follow kitchen procedures and health and safety policies
