We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the team at 30 Pavilion Road, which is located in one of London’s most fashionable districts - Knightsbridge. This Georgian townhouse is a luxurious setting for weddings, private dining and corporate events.
Your role as Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales operations; which will include the management of a Sales Executive and Events Co-ordinator. Effective leadership and organisation is required in this role to ensure that we achieve top line sales and budgets for the venue.
·Identifying new business opportunities via industry research and networking
·Proactively growing and developing relationships with prospective and existing key accounts
·Accurate business reports and understanding of where we can increase revenue
·Creation of quality proposals for our clients – social, wedding and corporate markets
·Effectively raise Searcys profile via appropriate marketing channels; so that we are seen as a key venue
·Attending organised events to engage with clients. Eg: open days, exhibitions, displays etc.
·Ensuring all marketing and sales collateral is in line with the venues sales strategy
·Previous experience of building a pipeline of new business
·Previous experience of managing a team is desirable
·Strong commercial and financial awareness
·Previous experience of working within a Sales role for an events/venue company is desirable
·Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
·Able to adapt their approach and style dependant on who they are liaising with
·Natural flair for networking, self-driven and enthusiastic about success in their role
