With over 30 meeting and events spaces and 41 bedrooms on site the team delivered over 1400 successful events in 2017. Searcys at 30 Euston Square are the onsite caterer for all occasions, which include meetings, training, conferences, private dining and social events.

1. The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Sales and Events team, as we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator on a full time permanent basis, reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager.  30 Euston Square, the prestigious headquarters to the Royal College of General Practitioners, is a Grade II* listed award winning events venue based in Central London adjacent to Euston Station.

With over 30 meeting and events spaces and 41 bedrooms on site the team delivered over 1400 successful events in 2017.  Searcys at 30 Euston Square are the onsite caterer for all occasions, which include meetings, training, conferences, private dining and social events.

Our Sales and Events team are ambitious, committed and driven to exceed both the client and guests expectations every time. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to sales enquires for our meeting and private dining offering, which will involve:

  • Ensuring enquiries are managed within a quick and efficient manner against team SLA’s/KPI’s
  • Obtain briefs from the client and advise on suitable packages available
  • Point of contact and lead for client showrounds at the venue
  • Administer contracts and ensure payment terms are in place
  • Work with and develop existing and new client accounts

2. Ideal candidate:

This is a fast-paced role, in a busy team environment. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Meticulous administration, co-ordination and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive and supportive attitude towards the wider team
  • Previous experience of working within a client facing corporate environment is desirable
  • Previous experience within hospitality sales/events
