We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to work at 30 Euston Square, the impressive home of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

This spectacular venue combines Grade II* listed Victorian grandeur with modern event spaces. Inside you’ll find a 300 seat Auditorium with exhibition space and 18 meeting and training rooms with integrated AV technology, 6 Heritage boardrooms and simply stunning penthouse State Rooms with Rooftop Terrace, ideal for events and celebrations

Located within walking distance from Euston and King’s Cross stations and boasting the specialist exam centre and 41 boutique bedrooms, 30 Euston Square is designed to fulfil the most demanding of events.

2. What we are looking for

  • 2 years proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Experience selling in a multi venue event space
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Organised approach to workload

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for food & drink


3. Job role expectations

  • To help the sales team coordinating events for the venue
  • To prepare proposals for new enquiries, ensuring venue standards are adhered to
  • To follow all sales procedures and administration correspondence duties and ensure all are completed in a timely, efficient manner
  • To aid in meeting prospective clients and helping with show rounds
  • To support the sales team in any other duties requested by manager
  • To help work towards venue sales targets and sales strategies
