Restaurant Supervisor


An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring that the front of house team deliver efficient and memorable service to each and every guest that visits our brasserie.

1. The Job Role:

Previous experience of working within a high volume restaurant at Supervisory level is essential, as you will be using your drive and experience to co-ordinate the waiting staff on shift. You will also be the point of contact regarding queries in the absence of the senior management team, so communication skills and the ability to remain calm whilst under pressure is equally important!

We are a 7 day operation, and your shifts will be across 5 days. We are able to offer flexible working hours as our shift patterns will vary across: 8am – 6pm, 10am – 8pm or 1pm – 11pm.
