Our People Team are based at our support office in Farringdon, and we are excited about a new opportunity that has arisen for a People Team Administrator. The role reports into Kate, Head Of People, and you will work alongside, supporting, the Learning and Development Manager and Recruitment Manager.
The successful role holder will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Farringdon Support office and People team. This is a full and varied role which is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is looking for great exposure into the world of HR. As part of your role, you will be involved with supporting our generalist employee relations, learning and development and recruitment process/delivery. In addition to this you will also be responsible for our office management.
Our team is currently on a journey, where we are reviewing and changing the ways in which we work, to better support our stakeholders. As a result of this, there are lots of projects which you will be involved with. A couple of current projects to give you a taste of what we are working on are; Recruitment ATS system, Careers Website, L&D courses, Apprenticeship programme, HR processes, HR policies and HR systems.
The ideal candidate for this role will have had some experience within a generalist HR function, within a fast paced business. You will be someone who is a self-starter, takes pride in your work, is meticulous with attention to detail and has excellent communication skills.
