Head Chef- St Paul’s Cathedral


We are now looking for a new Head Chef to be a part of our growing company and team and to run a busy Retail Café & Pop Up Restaurant alongside Events.

1. Requirements and Responsibilities

What we require from you:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef with event experience
• Proven ability of kitchen management
• Strong leadership skills leadership
• To deliver company standards
• Excellent team leading skills
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
• Health and Safety and Food Safety qualifications
• Passionate
• Team Player
We want someone who can motivate, lead and create enthusiasm within their kitchen !

• Controls wastage and records / reports all wastage
• To control food preparation
• To approve all dishes before service
• To monitor & control stock levels
• To ensure all menus and dishes are to company specification
• To implement and ensure the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times and uphold health and safety requirements
• To deal with any customer returned food in a timely manner
• To ensure the kitchen runs smoothly on a daily basis
• To identify recruitment needs and agree action plan in a timely manner
