We are recruiting for a Head Chef to work with us.

2. What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in  a high end restaurant or event based venue
  • Proven ability in all areas of kitchen management, including paperwork and kitchen management systems, managing staff etc
  • Strong leadership skills
  • To deliver company standards at all times
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends including allergen and dietary trends and kitchen processes
  • Health and Safety and Food Safety qualifications are essential

3. Job role expectations

  • To have control of all kitchen back of house areas
  • Seasonal menu production
  • Produce monthly bespoke menus for in-house client events
  • Control wastage and records
  • To control food preparation
  • To approve all dishes before service
  • To monitor & control stock levels
  • To ensure all menus and dishes are to company specification
  • To implement and ensure the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times and uphold health and safety requirements
  • To ensure the kitchen runs smoothly on a daily basis
  • To identify recruitment needs and agree action plan in a timely manner
