Are you an Assistant Manager or Junior General Manager with strong café and events experience, who is ready for your next move?
We have a great opportunity for you to manage our museum café and events space at the National Army Museum.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of leading a team, driving sales and delivering a professional catering service. You’ll be commercial in approach, a great people manager and have strong sales & financial skills.
·Building a strong working relationship with the client
·Managing the catering contract
·Meeting the client’s needs as well as your financial targets
·Leading your F&B team and setting standards
·Create a customer focused environment
·Drive profitability of site with P&L management
·To be a guardian of the Searcys brand and represent the company and venue at all times
·Management experience gained within catering – Café and Events experience preferred
·Strong business acumen
·Financially astute and Target Driven
·Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above
·Problem solver and ability to work under pressure
·Experienced team manager
·Leads by example and takes the initiative
·Excellent communication skills, internally and externally
·Excellent time management
