Executive Sous Chef – contract catering


Searcys are proud to partner with the ICAEW to provide hospitality services at One Moorgate Place. Our services include the operation of a member’s café in addition to catering for events and conferences.

1. The role:

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team. Reporting into the Executive Chef, this is an important role within the business, as you will support the Executive Chef as his most senior Chef across the delivery of our retail Café and Events operation.

Our retail café offer caters for members and employees of the ICAEW, whilst our events can range from fine dining dinners, to canapé receptions, and DDR functions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have held a senior role within a similar business environment such as B&I, contract catering, events, banqueting, conferencing. You will be hands on in supporting and nurturing the team back of house, in addition to being involved with client meetings, menu writing, tastings etc.
