We are now recruiting for an experienced Executive Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef to work with us at the exclusive Gherkin. The private members bar, restaurant and lounge is located at the top of the venue, with 306 degree views overlooking the City of London.
You will be part of a very busy events department, working along side the Executive Chef, Barry Tonks. Previous experience is essential in events, banqueting within a 5* hotel operation or large multi outlet operation.
