As a new addition to the team to aid the development of our brand. We are currently seeking a Creative Artworker /Design Manager to join Searcys hugely successful Sales and Marketing team. This role will be based at our Support Office in Farringdon, London.

The successful individual will bring both technical skill and creativity to the team. This is an exciting opportunity that offers excellent potential to make a mark and to scope the vision moving forward.

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Sales Team to produce high-quality tender submissions, proposals and presentations using creative software
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team to produce high-quality point of sale materials, digital assets, seasonal campaign assets, brochures and flyers using creative software. This will be in Searcys or venue-specific style.
  • Supporting the Executive Team with the creation of internal communication documents
  • Working with all stakeholders to support the process from idea inception to finished assets
  • Using your own creative flair to ensure high standards and compile bespoke documents
  • To continually look for new ways to improve our documents, keeping abreast of the latest trends
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting multiple deadlines and keeping calm under pressure
  • Arranging various project briefing meetings with Team members or contacting external print companies to arrange document finishing
  • Collaborating and working alongside other design team members, co-ordinating tasks and ensuring consistent communication to ensure the best end result for projects
  • Championing brand guidelines

2. To be considered, you must demonstrate the following qualities and skills:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop essential)
  • Experience in either a design agency or client side (B2C sector) producing quality and creative artwork
  • Ability and confidence to work independently
  • Practical, organised and structured
  • Ability and confidence to work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Passionate, confident and positive approach
  • Able to work under pressure and work to multiple deadlines
  • Able to work simultaneously ( to jump between projects if needed)
  • Team Player
  • Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, with a passion to develop skills
  • If shortlisted to interview, be able to demonstrate and show a portfolio of previous projects
