The Assembly Rooms, completed in 1771, is the largest banqueting venue in Bath and also one of the premier conference buildings in the region. Today the Ball Room and the Tea Room still sparkle with the finest set of Whitefriars crystal chandeliers of their kind in Europe. They are linked by the splendid Great Octagon, furnished with portraits by Gainsborough.  The building is also home to Bath's internationally famous Museum of Costume. All areas within the complex are available for hire.
